  • If you are running a warehouse, cargo terminal, or production facility, CargoGenie is for you. If you want certainty about which deliveries have arrived, which pick-ups have been made, and exactly when, CG is definitely for you!

  • Of course! Just get in touch and we'll assess what is needed. Basically, you only need a power outlet at the loading door,  and if that's missing, we can help get one installed too.

  • You don't need a new IT project. We operate on our own Wi-Fi connection and there is no need to involve your IT department. If we're talking about API connections with your existing infrastructure, some coordination may be needed, but even then, we only need API keys. We build the connections ourselves.

  • Everything! Pre-screening of the installation location, installation, all configuration to get the system up and running, onboarding, reporting, customer service, system monitoring, and maintenance — and finally, disassembly, though that's something we hope never comes. Only intentional damage to equipment may result in additional charges.

  • No worries! All hardware and software updates are included in your contract. Only if we one day release CargoGenie2  — a significantly different and more capable system — might there be additional charges for upgrading, should you choose to do so.

  • We operate on a SaaS model with a minimum contract term of one year. After that, there is a 2 month notice period for termination. Of course, we hope you'll stay with us for the long haul!

  • The base charge is €350 per loading dock (as a one-time installation and onboarding fee) and €119/month per loading dock. The pricing is fairly fixed, though in some exceptional cases it may vary slightly — in either direction.

  • CargoGenie records arrival and departure events at your loading docks: timestamps, vehicle or delivery identifiers, and related logistics data. All data is stored securely in the cloud and handled in accordance with GDPR requirements. Also, in the contract we agree on the storing period after which we delete all operational data. We never share your data with third parties!

  • In most cases, installation is completed in a single day or few days, depending on the amount of docks. We handle everything from start to finish, so disruption to your operations is minimal.

  • CargoGenie scales to fit your facility, whether you have 2 loading docks or 200. Pricing is per dock, so you only pay for what you use.

  • CargoGenie is designed with reliability in mind. In the event of a connectivity interruption, the system caches data locally and syncs automatically once the connection is restored. No events are lost.

  • Minimal training is needed. CargoGenie is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. Onboarding is included in your contract, and our team will make sure your staff feels confident with the system before we leave. And after that we are only one phone call away.
